A typical class starts with a light warm up, stretching, general conditioning and repetition drills. We then move on to application drills appropriate to a students ability, these develop correct position and structure, appropriate use of energy, contact sensitivity, timing and technique. These drills incorporate hand and leg techniques; punching, kicking, trapping and tripping. Quality time is also given to the practice and development of form.
